Author: Chris 'Tarzan' Clemens

No, my mom did not give me the middle name Tarzan, I got it on the Appalachian Trail. I grew up in rural Indiana, was employee of the month at McDonald’s in 2001, graduated with a business degree, was the youngest President of the Rotary Club of Santa Barbara, and tried to be a successful ‘young professional’. In 2012 I quit my job, hiked the Appalachian Trail, decided I didn’t want to go back to being ‘normal’, moved into my car, built a freelance marketing income, and set out in 2015 to travel the world as a homeless digital nomad.
